Access to healthcare is a right, not a privilege. Evans will fight for better-funded clinics, reliable medical supplies, and professional staffing in public hospitals. His social welfare agenda includes:

• Improving maternal and child health services

• Establishing mobile health clinics for remote areas

• Supporting programs for persons with disabilities and the elderly

• Promoting mental health awareness and care
